Returns & Refunds

 

At Nabrey, we hope you love every piece of jewellery you receive.If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

 

Return Conditions

 

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Be in their original condition

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Earrings

  • Personalised jewellery

  • Custom-made items

 

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs

 

 

Refunds

 

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
