Returns
We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer law.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and personalised items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
